| Charges |

Please note that you will be charged for the nPlay service even if the service was used by a third party using your mobile phone and/or SIM card registered to you and/or your details
registered to your SIM card. If the mobile phone does not belong to you or if someone else is paying the mobile phone bill, please obtain that person's consent prior to using the service.

| Payment |
|
You hereby agree to promptly pay all amounts due to your Network Service Provider as reflected in your official bill statement and for all charges whatsoever for occasioned by the use of
the nPlay service irrespective of whether such charges were authorised by you or has arisen from any other causes whatsoever.

| Termination and Suspension |
|
nPlay reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, terminate or suspend the Services for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion without notice to you. You agree that nPlay shall not be
liable to you or to any other party for such cancellation, withdrawal, termination or suspension.

| Provision of Services |
|
Quality and availability of the Services such as physical obstructions or faults in other telecommunications networks to which nPlay's network is connected to, may be affected by factors
beyond the control of nPlay. You acknowledge that nPlay does not guarantee uninterrupted provision of the Services.

| User Authentication and Security |
|
You may be required to register and provide personal details in order to access certain Services. In such circumstances, you may be required to enter your password every time you access
the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and/or user authentication and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept
responsibility and liabilities for all activities that occur under your password and/or user authentication. You undertake to observe all security measures prescribed by nPlay concerning
your password or generally in respect of the access and use of this Website and/or the Service. Should you have any reason to believe that your password has been misused and/or compromised
whether by theft, fraud or otherwise, you shall inform nPlay immediately after you becoming aware of the same.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Malaysia without regard to that state's conflicts of laws provisions and by applicable Federal laws and regulations.
